An international financial institution is looking for a corporate account officer.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients, monitoring their credit and ongoing business situation, and exploring the Bank’s business opportunities.
  • Creating business solution ideas for clients by collecting and analysing client-related information, cooperating with other product departments in the Bank including Head Office, and providing solution proposals to suit client’s needs.
  • Developing new clients, including the promotion of the Bank’s and affiliated companies’ products and services.
  • Being responsible for the credit and administrative support work for loans, foreign exchanges, deposits, fund transfers, and other services.
  • Assisting in the preparation of various business materials upon request from Head of Department on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Supporting the Department and assisting in team activities undertaken.
  • Carrying out such other duties as requested by the General Manager.

The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Fluent in spoken and written Japanese and English.
  • Superior communication skills with clients, seniors, and peers.
  • Previous experience in client-facing, credit analysis, or administration roles in the corporate finance area of financial institutions, alternatively experience in a client-facing role in consultancy.
