MacGregor Black are proudly partnering with a dynamic sporting goods brand in search of a Head of Sales – B2B. The role is located in North East London.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on developing and executing a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to drive growth across key sectors, including hospitality, education, and corporate. You’ll be responsible for building out the B2B business unit, driving revenue, and expanding the brand’s footprint in these high-potential markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a commercial strategy to grow B2B sales across hospitality, education, and corporate sectors.
  • Identify new opportunities and close deals with key accounts, including hotels, schools, universities, corporate offices, and more.
  • Promote and sell a cutting-edge range of sporting goods, ensuring the products meet the unique needs of each sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, becoming their trusted partner in the sporting goods space.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless B2B customer experience.
  • Own sales targets, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities, ensuring alignment with financial goals and business growth.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, ensuring a proactive sales approach.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance B2B sales team to successfully execute the sales strategy and achieve business objectives.

What we’re looking for?

  • 5-7 years of B2B sales success, ideally selling a physical product with a focus on the hospitality, recreation, education and corporate sectors.
  • Ability to create and execute a strategic commercial plan to penetrate new markets, grow accounts, and drive long-term revenue.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to sell innovative products into hospitality, education, and corporate sectors.
  • A results-driven mindset with a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, including lead generation, business development, and closing deals.
  • Experience managing P&L, forecasting, and budgeting to achieve profitability and growth objectives.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and team leadership abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
