83zero is partnered with a leading financial services firm who are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join their highly collaborative team in either Doncaster or London. You’ll play a critical role in leading the detection and resolution of incidents across the Retail Division for a world-renowned brand with a heritage of over 100 years!
The successful Relationship Manager will need to be confident in decision making and can effectively collaborate with various teams – any previous experience working within cyber and incident management would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:- Document, audit, and improve business incident processes.
- Lead incident response and management, ensuring swift resolution.
- Engage stakeholders to review trends and address queries.
- Collaborate with incident teams to ensure protocols are followed.
- Manage retail business incidents, minimizing impact and ensuring remediation.
- Own the business incident management process and coordinate with IT.
- Maintain strong communication between IT and business units.
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement with IT.
- Track and analyze incidents to prevent recurring issues.
