Our client is in the business of specialist medical cannabis care and therapies, the supply of controlled/regulated products to online pharmacies, and private physicians to prescribed patients, in partnership with the NHS, private Hospitals and clinics (including their own) throughout the UK. Key markets such as Germany are also part of wider current growth and distribution as the business services the patient demand with changing legislation in Europe.

This role is the first of its kind requiring demonstrable experience of building marketing methods, tools and strategy for the organisation especially in an online environment. The role requires knowledge of the fundamentals of great consumer marketing principles as well as a level of technical literacy in digital tools, a Passionist in customer acquisition strategies (CRM). The vision is to build significant patient demand through greater awareness and retention. With this responsibility comes a huge amount of autonomy and opportunity to carve out the UK marketing model as your own.
We are looking for credible marketing experience, knowledge of consumer or B2B in all matters marketing, digital where customer acquisition is the focus. Someone who knows every inch of pathway to building a plan, launching it, amplifying social organic conversion for various patient platforms including growing their own specialist clinics, GP’s, and online dispensing pharmacists.
You will be a highly operational, digitally savvy marketer, preferably from healthcare, therapeutic medicine, certainly regulated brands and products. Experience without doubt will come from a credible career track record, in all aspects of the consumer digital revolution. You will lead a brand in its entirety to enhance positioning to existing and targeted new audiences.
