Equation Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an employer for an Account Executive / Sales Support position based at a modern depot in Bicester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic business supplying specialist industrial equipment to a wide range of clients across the UK. You'll play a vital role supporting the sales and service teams, managing key client accounts, and helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and nurturing a portfolio of client accounts
- Providing day-to-day support to the sales and hire desk teams
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Using CRM systems (ideally Sage CRM) to track sales and customer data
- Participating in client visits, exhibitions, and supplier meetings
- Acting as the link between internal departments to ensure smooth customer journeys
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
- Previous experience in account management, customer service or sales support
- Commercial awareness and confidence dealing with B2B customers
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Sage CRM or similar)
- A proactive, positive, and customer-focused approach
- Located within 15-20 miles of Bicester
Desirable:
- Experience in construction equipment, plant hire, or industrial services
- Familiarity with Sage accounting systems
- UK driving licence
