I’m working with a respected national conveyancing firm currently looking to appoint a Fully Remote Conveyancer to join their high-performing and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional, qualified or non qualified, to manage a varied caseload while enjoying true flexibility and impressive earning potential.
The successful candidate will independently manage a varied caseload of residential property files.
What’s on Offer:
In addition to a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package, this role features a bonus scheme of up to £15,000 per year, with most fee earners regularly achieving £10,000+ annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including complex transactions such as leasehold and shared ownership properties.
- Ensure all files progress efficiently while delivering excellent service to clients, agents, and third parties.
- There is potential to increase your caseload over time, based on performance and progression.
Required Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Proven experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload.
