Salary: Up to Β£30,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM β 4:30 PM
Holiday: 28 days (including bank holidays)

About the Role:
We\βre seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Hedge & Topiary Cutting Operative to join our dedicated gardening team. This position is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a strong background in maintaining prestigious private estates to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate both short and long arm hedge cutters with precision and care

Trim hedges to exacting standards-perfectly straight tops and sharp vertical faces

Hand-cut a variety of topiary shapes, such as domes, balls, and spirals

Assist with general garden maintenance including mowing, edging, strimming, and weeding, with a special focus on neat and tidy flower beds
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years\β experience in garden maintenance, with proven expertise in hedge and topiary work

Confident using both short and long arm hedge cutters

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-tier results

Reliable, punctual, and a true team player

Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own transport
