Were working with a respected organisation in the South West who are looking to bring a Tenant Participation Officer on board to support their Homes and Landlord Services team. About the Role: Youll be at the heart of driving resident engagement and tenant participation across housing services. This is a great opportunity to take the lead on various projects and initiatives aimed at increasing involvement and building stronger, more inclusive communities. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects that promote tenant involvement within the housing service. Develop effective communication and consultation frameworks with stakeholders including residents, staff, and external partners. Organise and attend resident meetings, seminars and working groups.
