You'll support managing day-to-day operations, lead a dynamic team, and coordinate seamless service delivery across catering, events, and guest relations. Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. Shift patterns will vary: morning, afternoon and evening. Salary TBC.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
- High-End Background: Experience in 5-star hotels or high-end restaurants is essential.
- High Volume & Fast Pace: Ability to thrive in high volume and fast-paced environments.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer Service: A friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Flexibility: Flexibility in working hours, including evenings.
- Physical Stamina: Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
