Following huge investment and their first acquisition, the business is looking for growth within this new venture. Their CRM enhancement tool for data, analytics and optimisation is creating waves in the Dealer services space.
It’s an opportunity to join a business that’s thriving in all markets they operate in and where they value their people. You will have clear progression routes in the business which will be based on product developments for a wide area of markets and not just automotive.
This role reports into the Head of Sales and you’ll be working closely with the CEO/Founder to develop the business and its partners. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of current accounts across franchised dealer groups, independents and manufacturers and will be building upon the great relationships already established as well as creating new ones.
This is a pivotal role in the growth of the business, with clients and partnerships in the UK already established and keen for more. This gives you the chance to play a central part in a rapidly growing sector.
You’ll be doing this:
- You’ll be increasing the portfolio of dealers, whilst driving retention and subscriptions through their SaaS solution.
- You’ll develop close relationships with OEM’s, retail groups and established third party automotive systems through a mixture of face-to-face meetings, teams’ calls, performance incentives, and quarterly reviews.
And you’ll need this:
- Networking and developing dealerships, relationships and contacts.
- Introducing new products to market and challenging established thinking regarding new product adoption and car financing.
- Building an extensive customer base and increase retailer sales.
- Conducting account reviews to analyse and boost the customer’s interaction.
