This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Taunton School International, as a Boarding Housemistress starting in mid-August 2025.
We are looking to appoint a caring and committed boarding Housemistress to provide the very best pastoral care to our boarders. As Housemistress, you will be responsible for creating a supportive atmosphere where all students feel valued and empowered to reach their full academic and personal potential. Housemistresses are expected to embrace all aspects of school culture. They live the same life as the boarders, and act as a positive role model for them at all times.
This is a residential role and accommodation is available all year round
To be successful in this role, you will possess relevant qualifications coupled with a genuine passion for pastoral care and demonstrable experience of working with young people in a boarding environment. In addition, you will be a team player with a positive \”can do\” attitude, flexible approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.
