The role will entail:

  • Working on prime residential, office, and hotel projects in London (new build and fit outs)
  • Management of consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers
  • Manage design information production and coordinate between design disciplines
  • Develop design briefs for consultants and sub-contractors as required
  • Experience and detailed knowledge of construction process and material technologies
  • Commercially driven and self-starter
  • Will spend time visiting sites and will work from office and/or remotely as required

Candidate will hold a degree in architecture, engineering, project management, construction or relevant fields.

Location: Central London
