The role will entail:
- Working on prime residential, office, and hotel projects in London (new build and fit outs)
- Management of consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers
- Manage design information production and coordinate between design disciplines
- Develop design briefs for consultants and sub-contractors as required
- Experience and detailed knowledge of construction process and material technologies
- Commercially driven and self-starter
- Will spend time visiting sites and will work from office and/or remotely as required
Candidate will hold a degree in architecture, engineering, project management, construction or relevant fields.
