My client, within the construction industry, is currently hiring for a Senior Personal Assistant to support and work alongside the Partner:
- Executive Support: Manage Partner’s calendar, inbox, travel, and communications; prepare reports and presentations; handle confidential information with discretion.
- Administrative Support: Take meeting minutes, track actions, process expenses and invoices, and support budget tracking.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders; support employee onboarding and training.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, IT support, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Event & Project Coordination: Organise events, meetings, team activities, and assist with the timely delivery of special projects.
Key Requirements: 5yrs+ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant. This role is hybrid - 4 days onsite (Fridays WFH) and paying between £50,000 - £55,000 DOE.
