Delighted to be exclusively working with a market-leading Insurance firm, who are seeking a Legal Counsel to join their high-performing legal function. Reporting into the Group Head of Legal, this role is a fantastic opportunity for a junior Legal Counsel (2-5 years PQE) to work for a growing organisation and develop your skillset in Insurance further.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, including Insurance Distribution, I.T. Agreements, TOBAs, NDAs, TPAs and Supplier Agreements.
- Providing advice and support to key stakeholders in Procurement, Product, Insurance Distribution, Finance & I.T.
- Responding to ad-hoc legal enquiries and promoting the legal function across the organisation.
- Providing key regulatory advice across different product lines, including FCA, PRA & Consumer Duty.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial legal experience, either in private practice and/or in-house. Some in-house experience within Insurance/Financial services is advantageous.
