About Us: We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team and support the smooth running of classrooms.

Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the teaching staff by overseeing lessons in the absence of the class teacher. You will manage classroom behaviour, ensure that students are engaged with the work set, and provide support to ensure that students meet their learning objectives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with young people and who has the ability to adapt to different teaching environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes across various subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
  • Ensure students follow instructions and complete set work in a timely manner.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive, respectful learning environment.

  • Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning.
