This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a subcontractor background looking to join a supportive and established business with a strong pipeline of work and a great team environment. Key Responsibilities * Prepare accurate and timely monthly client valuations * Produce detailed project cost reports each month * Price variations from first principles, using direct labour and plant * Manage subcontractor procurement and payments * Carry out weekly site visits to ensure quality and progress * Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure project success Key Skills & Experience * Strong understanding of civil engineering, especially drainage, formwork, and roadworks * Background working with or for subcontractors preferred * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Full UK driving licence is essential * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Why Work With Our Client?
