We provide project management, cost management, strategic advisory and construction integration services.
We are seeking a motivated Senior Cost Consultant to join our dynamic London-based team. This full-time, hybrid position entails the delivery of cost consultancy services for residential developments across the UK. In this role, you will work closely with clients and project teams, offering expert guidance and support throughout the project, from the acquisition phase to practical completion.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 6 years experience working in the UK construction industry.
- Leadership of the day-to-day cost management services to our clients across chosen projects.
- Technically astute in providing cost management services (cost planning, procurement, and post-contract).
- MRICS preferred or another qualification in a relevant business discipline.
- An adaptable individual who can work within a team and autonomously.
- Sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of the key drivers of residential cost and value.
- Experience in developing and managing junior resources.
- Strong communication skills – able to communicate confidently with colleagues and clients.
- Keen attention to detail with an eye for quality and accuracy and an understanding of the importance of quality assurance.
- High standards of literacy and numeracy.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Demonstrable passion for and understanding of the Real Estate and Construction Industry.
