đ About The Job
As our Product Manager, youâll lead the charge in bringing innovative products to life. Youâll be responsible for shaping product strategies, overseeing the development process from start to finish, and ensuring everything we deliver meets market needs and exceeds expectations. Working closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams, youâll be key to driving our vision forward – creating exciting products that not only delight customers but also help our charity partners make a lasting impact.
đ§ What Youâll Be Doing
- Product Strategy & Planning: Develop product strategies that align with our mission. Use market research to understand customer needs, spot trends, apply quantitative/qualitative research techniques and analyse the competition.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire product development process, from initial concept to launch. Set project timelines, manage budgets, and ensure products are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Defining Success Metrics: Establish clear success criteria for different initiatives, ensuring we track progress effectively and achieve our goals.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for new products, as well as optimisations for existing ones, consistently seeking to generate the most value from what we create.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Design, and other teams to ensure our products meet customer expectations and business goals. Youâll be the one keeping everyone aligned and on track.
- Product Design & Development: Lead the creation of new products, managing everything from initial concept notes to final product requirements .
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Work with external partners and suppliers to support product development and production.
- Performance Monitoring: Track product performance post-launch, gather customer feedback, and drive improvements to ensure our products continue to shine.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet industry regulations and quality standards, addressing any issues that arise along the way.

- Education: Youâve got a Bachelorâs degree or equivalent professional qualification in Product Development, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Development or Product Management, ideally having had experience designing games, draws, competitions or rewards. You have a proven track record of launching successful products.
- Skills:
- Strong project management skills – you can juggle multiple projects and keep everything on track.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- A natural communicator – youâll be working across teams and need to keep everyone informed and inspired.
- Experience devising go-to-market strategies, pricing and offer strategy implementation.
- Proven track record in iterative product development and experimentation.
- Experience developing products across both mobile and web applications

đ Our hiring process
Our hiring process may vary between roles, particularly for technical roles where we may incorporate a technical skills/based interview, but as standard youâll have:
- Screening call with one of our in-house Talent Leads
- First stage interview with the Hiring Manager
- On-site second stage interview with key stakeholders – this could be other managers, peers or Senior team members.
- Final stage interview with one of our Execs.
On average, our hiring process takes around 2-3 weeks after your initial screening call.
