We are currently looking for a passionate Bar Manager to join our Mirror Bar on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

As a Bar Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  • To follow all the policies and procedures of the Hotel and the Outlet and ensures that all team members are following them as well.
  • To ensure that all the team members receive appropriate training before the introduction of new dishes and cocktails and menu items and are fully confident with menu items prior to serving guests.
  • To offer guests suggestions of the cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages and to provide a detailed explanation of each of them when taking the order and serving.
  • Continuously explore new techniques, ingredients & trends in the world of mixology, keeping our offerings fresh & exciting.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of presentation, service & hospitality.
  • To assist all other Food and Beverage outlets as required ensuring the required level of hospitality is delivered to all our guests.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
