We are seeking a Warehouse Cleaner to join our customer in Glasson Docks. The role primarily involves using manual cleaning tools (brushes) to sweep dust and keep the warehouse clean and tidy. The warehouse holds grains and maize, and is also where this product is treated and, therefore, the area gets extremely dusty. Manual cleaning equipment would be used for the first 1-3 months, where the company are then hoping to invest in an extraction system/vac system. Facemasks/Air Fed Facemasks will be provided by the company. This role has the potential to then turn into a permanent opportunity as a warehouse operative/forklift operative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweeping Dusty Environments (both inside and outside)
- General warehouse duties
- Keeping the workspace clean and organised
Candidate Requirements:
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Must be comfortable working independently
- Ability to work in a dusty environment
- Physically fit and reliable
- Must have licence/own vehicle (due to remote location)
