You will be working for an established and reputable contractor within the construction industry who specialises in house build projects across the UK. This company is an award-winning contractor who displays their commitment to creating long-lasting and sustainable constructed residences. Due to growth within the organisation, they are looking to onboard a Quantity Surveyor within the Nottingham area.
Your new role
Your role will include, but not be limited to producing and agreeing monthly applications in line with the terms of agreement, producing thorough monthly reports and CVR’s in accordance with the project or business unit specifications and analysing and assessing extensively the expenditure reports generated by internal cost systems. In addition to this, you will be involved within subcontractor management.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a Tier One Contractor. Also, you will have JCT contract knowledge and have effective communication skills and attention to detail. Degree qualifications are desired, but not essential.
