Leading International Investment Bank, based in superb offices in the City, is seeking a polished, confident and dynamic Assistant to support a busy team within their Global Markets trading division.
This varied and busy role will involve a high volume of complex travel, meeting and schedule management, being the point of contact for the MDs and their major corporate clients, involvement in Projects and organising conferences and events. This is a hectic, busy role where no two days are the same and you will be able to use your initiative and excellent organisational skills.
Probably a Graduate, or of Graduate calibre, with approximately 2 to 4 years PA, Team Assistant or Administrative experience gained within a fast paced corporate environment, you must possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a confident and helpful personality, great attention to detail and bags of energy and enthusiasm.
Previous experience in the financial markets is not required but you must possess a great energy, drive and positive attitude and love of being busy and stretched in your role. This exciting opportunity offers excellent career development and is a contract to perm role. This is a fully in-office role.
