Cotswold Outdoor Group is looking for a dedicated and energetic Store Manager to lead our Newcastle store, combining Cotswold Outdoor, Snow+Rock, and Runners Need under one roof.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory, stock audits, banking, and compliance to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of passionate outdoor enthusiasts to achieve outstanding results.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain a customer-first culture to ensure every visitor enjoys an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain the store to a high standard, leading seasonal promotions and campaigns.
  • Sales Strategies: Analyse performance data and implement initiatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
