An opportunity to join a regional and friendly law firm and support their fast-growing Private Client Department on a locum basis.

OVERVIEW:

  • You will have a solid background and experience in handling trust matters, ranging in complexity as well as Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Income Tax matters.
  • You will be required to manage trust files from inception through to conclusion.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to advance client matters ensuring compliance and completion of necessary documentation.
  • You will oversee the trust registration process and prepare Trust Accounts and Estate Tax Returns.
  • You will be required to support the wider Trusts team.
  • Previous experience in a legal or accountancy background is required.
  • Candidates with AAT Accounting qualification are encouraged to apply.
  • On-going locum assignment to cover permanent recruitment.
  • Primarily office-based, but can look at hybrid working options.
