Our client is a leading global asset manager with a broad fund range including private markets. They are hiring a Business Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract to support their London based Global Head of Distribution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support business planning
- Work closely with the head of distribution and senior stakeholders to help define and deliver distribution strategy and objectives
- Monitor implementation
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management to measure KPIs, expenditure and other key metrics
- Build strong relationships with key internal partners including sales, finance, HR and technology
- Manage/deliver a wide range of projects and initiatives across the distribution function
The successful candidate will be immediately available, a self-starter, possess a strong business management background gained within the asset management or broader financial services industry, a proven ability to translate complex financial reports into business relevant presentations for senior colleagues, experience of building and tracking key metrics and KPIs, excellent communication, project management and influencing skills and the ability to prioritise, solve problems and deliver to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment.
