Catalyst have partnered with a dynamic and growing professional services firm based in the City of London. They are renowned for a people-first culture and impressive growth trajectory seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their team and report directly to the Chief People Officer.
As the Senior HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-touch HR services within our partnership model business. You will lead a team of two experienced HR generalists, continuously elevating their capabilities and fostering a culture of best practice and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee talent management, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and enhance the excellent reputation of our HR function, known for delivering outstanding service and understanding the motivations of our fee-earning population.
- Support and develop partners and fee earners, ensuring their needs are met with innovative HR solutions.
