I am working with a cutting edge growth marketing agency who are well-known for their deep expertise in paid media and growth strategy. You’ll be part of a high-performing team, working on multi-channel acquisition campaigns for tech startups, fintech, and consumer brands — blending data, creative, and technology to scale growth.
You will own full-funnel paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search, and more. You’ll be central to creative testing, landing page optimisation, and CRO experimentation. It is important that you have experience managing large scale ad spend (c. £1mil+).
You need to be proficient in various reporting, tracking and analytics tools – GA4, Metabase, GTM and MMPs, Adjust and Appsflyer. Ideally you will bring 2-4 years’ experience in growth/performance marketing and have worked across different industries. Some exposure to working directly with clients and founders would be useful as managing client relationships is a key part of the role.
