Nicos is a high-end Italian grill and pizza restaurant, located in the heart of Mayfair, with a welcoming and exclusive environment. The menu offers freshly made pasta, pizza, and grill creations using the finest ingredients.
We are currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our Nicos team.

The responsibilities of the Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager are:
- Support the Restaurant & Bar Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring impeccable service, and maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality.
- Champion exceptional member experiences by leading a passionate front-of-house team, nurturing a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and responding proactively to member feedback and preferences.
- Uphold club policies, health and safety regulations, and licensing laws while driving continuous improvement, staff training, and service innovations.
The Experience & Qualifications required of our Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager are:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a high-end restaurant, bar, or private members club, with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing teams, training staff, and maintaining a professional presence in guest-facing roles.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including stock control, health & safety, licensing compliance, and familiarity with EPOS systems and reservation platforms.
The club is closed on Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
