Driver Hire Canterbury is looking for a reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver to join our client based in Canterbury. This is a long-term, ongoing position with no weekend work, consistent hours, and the potential for a permanent role.
You will be transporting steel products on a flatbed vehicle from Dover Docks to Canterbury, completing daily stock runs and securing loads using chains and straps.
What We Offer:
- £16.00 - £17.93 per hour
- Holiday pay - accrue it or have it rolled into your hourly rate
- Minimum 8 hours paid daily, even on quieter days
- Monday to Friday only - no weekends
- Weekly pay - every Friday
