We are currently recruiting for a Visitor Services Duty Manager for a historic family home and estate in the Oxfordshire countryside, close to Henley on Thames. The venue welcomes over 100,000 visitors a year, with a wide range of guests visiting the 12th-century house and beautiful gardens, children's adventure playground, and a lively calendar of events including jousting, car shows, fairs and seasonal celebrations.
Our client is looking to recruit a friendly, outgoing and 'hands-on' Visitor Services Duty Manager, to join their small, but dedicated Visitor Services team, to oversee the day to day visitor operations across the estate. The successful candidate for the role of Visitor Services Duty Manager will lead the front of house team, and will oversee retail and catering operations at the site to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors to the estate.
