My client, within the retail industry, is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and is looking for someone to start ASAP.
Role Duties:
- Manage the CEO’s diary, meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
- Assist the CEO in executing strategic priorities across the SLT and company
- Streamline systems and processes to enhance office efficiency
- Support CEO-led projects, collaborating with leadership and partners
- Handle HR administration, onboarding, employee engagement, and development programs
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years\’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Stakeholder management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Tools and CRM
This role is onsite and offers a salary between £55,000 – £65,000 DOE.
