We are seeking an experienced and reliable Electrician to join our team, specialising in reactive repairs for social housing properties. If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role with a focus on ensuring the safety and functionality of tenants' homes, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to emergency electrical repair requests within social housing properties.
  • Diagnosing and fixing electrical faults in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Carrying out installations, rewires, and electrical inspections as required.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety standards and in compliance with current regulations.
  • Maintaining excellent communication with property managers, tenants, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Electrician with 18th Edition, and City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in social housing or similar environments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to respond quickly to reactive repairs and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving license.
