Launched in 2022, this creative agency has gone from running 5 trade roadshows a year in the UK to over 26 events across the UK, Europe, and the US – all in under two years 🌍 They’re on a mission to connect top interior brands with architects and designers, and things are only just getting started.

To support this next phase of growth, they’re on the lookout for a superstar PA / Studio Manager to join their energetic, fun-loving team ⚡

What you’ll be doing:

This is a super varied, hands-on role where you’ll wear a few different hats 🎩 Your key focuses will include:

1. Showroom & Office Management 🪑

• Running the day-to-day of the Chelsea Harbour studio

• Keeping everything smooth and organised behind the scenes

• Managing office supplies, systems, and service providers

2. PA Support to the Directors 🗓️

• Diary management, meeting scheduling, call handling

• Booking travel, hotels, and logistics for the team

• Email and communication support

• Taking meeting notes and helping things stay on track

3. Event & Sales Support 🎪

• Supporting the Events Director with venues, catering, and logistics

• Helping onboard new clients and update the CRM

• Responding to initial client queries

• Coordinating couriers and deliveries

Someone proactive, capable, and full of energy ⚡ You’ll be at the heart of the business, helping connect the team and keep things running smoothly.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

✅ Have experience in a similar role (PA, Office Manager, Studio Assistant, or Events support)

✅ Are naturally organised and a multitasking pro

✅ Love working face-to-face with clients and being the go-to person in the studio

✅ Are a team player who thrives in a small, close-knit environment

✅ Have an interest in interiors or design (a nice bonus!)
