Looking to step into a senior role within a high-performing, well-established events business? We’re hiring a Sponsorship Sales Manager to lead the commercial success of a growing portfolio of B2B exhibitions. You’ll take ownership of revenue generation, manage key client accounts, and help drive the performance of a talented sales team.

With over a decade of success in the industry, this is a very well-established B2B events company headquartered in central London. The London office is home to around 100 people, with collaborative, close-knit teams across content, marketing, ops, and commercial. Their events are known for industry impact, high-value audiences, and strong commercial performance — and they’re now looking to scale further.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving stand space revenue across one or more established exhibitions
  • Leading and mentoring junior sales team members, helping to build confidence and hit targets
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts while bringing in new business
  • Developing sales strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering best-in-class service pre- and post-event
  • Attending industry shows and networking with senior decision-makers
  • Owning your pipeline and reporting on revenue against clear KPIs
