The Role:
- Managing a range of PI and clinical negligence claims, including those resulting from medical negligence
- Taking client instructions and advising on case strategy and progress
- Drafting documents and maintaining accurate, well-organised files
- Handling client queries in a responsive, professional manner
- Supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
About You:
- A qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in personal injury and/or clinical negligence
- Personable and professional, with strong technical skills and attention to detail
- A client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Team player with a collaborative, flexible approach
- Commercially aware and keen to contribute to the continued success of the department
