Service Care Solutions is working alongside a growing Local Authority, based in Worcestershire, which needs an experienced Childcare Lawyer to join their team. If you like to find out more, then please read on!

Location: Worcestershire – hybrid working

Rate: £50-£55ph Umbrella (depending on experience)

Contract Length: 6 months ongoing

The Role of a Childcare Lawyer:

  • Manage your own Childcare Law caseloads from start to completion whilst assisting others when required
  • Deliver some advocacy on less complex Childcare Law caseloads
  • Offer help and support to team members and others, including training where appropriate

The Person:

  • Someone with 3+ years of PQE in Childcare Law and ideally someone who has worked for a Local Authority on Childcare Law matters
  • Someone who is able to manage their own caseload from start to completion
  • Someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills and is comfortable with advocacy
