Are you an experienced Sales Consultant from a Building Materials Supply business? Minster in West Drayton is hiring now for a Key Accounts Internal Sales Consultant.
HOURS OF WORK: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 7AM TO 5PM - NO WEEKENDS
LOCATION: Minster, Units 3 & 4, North Point Business Centre, Horton Road, West Drayton UB7 8EQ
Skills and Experience required:
- Sales experience gained in a Construction Materials Supply firm
- Proven successful experience managing personal sales activity and driving results
- Experience working with Key Account customers
- Knowledge of Insulation, Dry Lining or Fire Protection products is desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Building excellent relationships with Key Account customers to understand and meet their needs
- Managing customer relationships in your portfolio
- Maximising customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross-selling relevant products, offering specific product advice
- Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion
- Following plans to continuously improve customer experience
- Advising customers on trading terms and conditions and information in relation to customer accounts and credit levels
- Supporting all Company initiatives
