What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a high-performing team with energy and vision
- Drive a culture of exceptional service and outdoor expertise
- Manage key operations, including inventory, banking, and compliance
- Ensure visual merchandising and promotional activity are executed to high standards
- Monitor performance metrics and lead strategies to exceed sales targets
