We are looking for a reliable, experienced School Caretaker to join our welcoming primary school in Barking. This is a full-time role offering an immediate start for the right candidate.
As the caretaker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the school site is clean, safe, and well-maintained, creating a secure and pleasant environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing the school site daily
- Carrying out general repairs, maintenance, and DIY tasks
- Monitoring the premises for health & safety compliance

- Supporting cleaning and waste disposal as needed
- Ensuring all areas are safe, tidy, and in good working order
