A leading international energy firm is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join their London office for a 12 month fixed-term contract role. The Recruitment Business Partner will focus solely on recruiting Front Office members for the company including traders.
It is absolutely essential that the Recruitment Business Partner has experience recruiting Front Office staff for a firm that operates within financial services/commodities. You will need to understand more sophisticated parts of the recruitment process and negotiation such as discussing complex compensation, buy outs and bonuses.
The Recruitment Business Partner will have a strong network within Front Office recruiting and will be able to utilise this to perform to a truly high standard. Being an active headhunter and someone that is able to think outside the box to attract exceptional talent will be vital in this role.
The Recruitment Business Partner will have strong stakeholder management exposure and be able to partner seamlessly with senior leaders within the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is looking to get into an international business and make a real impact with a number of crucial hires over the next 12 months.
This role is based in London and offers hybrid working. You will be expected into the office 3 days per week with 2 working from home.
