We’re looking for a Junior CRM Loyalty Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving customer retention and rewards programs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where you can shape loyalty initiatives and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Loyalty Manager and Loyalty Executive in developing initiatives to retain and grow the customer base.
- Execute and optimize loyalty reward campaigns from concept to completion, including briefing, design, build, testing, release, and analysis.
- Manage promotional tools and discount promotions across luxury stores, ensuring seamless execution.
- Conduct data analysis on gift vouchers, store credit, and promotions to improve ROI and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver targeted CRM strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Manage offline gifting and ad hoc events to strengthen customer relationships.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in luxury fashion, e-commerce, or CRM loyalty programs.
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (SQL knowledge is a plus).
- Solid understanding of email marketing processes and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
- A creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
