The Team: Our work spans a wide range of industries, including residential and commercial developments, civil and process plant engineering, transport, utilities, and renewable energy projects. We work with a diverse client base, including governments, sponsors, funders, developers, employers, operators, contractors, and consultants. The team is known for its formidable practice in both advisory and disputes work, assisting clients with project procurement strategies, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and formal dispute resolution through adjudication, arbitration, litigation, mediation, and other ADR mechanisms.

What to expect: As a key member of the team, you will:

  • Handle high-quality, complex construction and engineering matters, including both live project advisory work and contentious disputes.
  • Advise high-profile clients on major infrastructure, energy, and real estate projects, helping them navigate risk and achieve commercial success.
  • Work closely with existing clients to develop strong relationships and provide commercially focused legal solutions.
  • Have opportunities to collaborate on high-profile national and international projects, including client and firm secondments.

The Candidate: We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially aware lawyer who:

  • Has a strong academic background with excellent communication and organizational skills.
