This role is a brand new, high-profile opportunity, working with leading innovators in the Hospitality sector. There are few jobs out there where you get to work on such a diverse range of projects across the hospitality sector, from QSR to high-end restaurants, working with new start-ups and established major groups.
Every project is unique and tailored to the customer's needs:
- Designing a new concept from scratch with branding, full menu and kitchen design.
- Working with a business experiencing operational challenges, examining the issues and finding innovative solutions.
- Providing insight and fresh ideas to revamp a menu to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Putting in the right processes and menu strategy to enable a business to successfully scale up.
You will be joining a team of super-talented food professionals with a great reputation in the industry. The team works closely together on projects, best utilising everyone's individual skill sets and expertise across Culinary, Brand, Insight, Operations and Commercial.
The role is flexible, but you will need to work around the requirements of your projects. There might be 1-2 days home working, then meetings in London and visits to customers UK wide and sometimes internationally. It would suit someone who loves this variety; getting out in front of customers and visiting sites rather than being desk or office based.

- The confidence and gravitas to communicate and build relationships with clients at director/founder level.
