- Corporate Real Estate - Senior associate 5-8 PQE - Top 20 City law firms - specialising in corporate transactions within real estate (buy side and sell side). £140-150k
- Private M&A - Senior associate 4-7 PQE - Top 20 City law firm - private M&A - mid market private M&A. Senior associate 5-7 PQE - Mid sized City law firm - private M&A for mid market large privately owned and founder led companies. Fast track to partner. £110k-£135k
- Senior associate - 4-8 PQE - Boutique Central London firm - focus on tech M&A and VC. Clear route to partner, working with the head of department.
- Senior Associate - 4-6 PQE City office of National law firm - £102-110k
- Private Equity - Senior associate - Top 20 city law firm - PE focused M&A transactions with a fast track route to partner. £140k-£160k
- Associate/Senior Associate - US law firm - 3-5 PQE - premium PE transactions £200k-£280k. Must be from a MC or top US law firm.
- Venture Capital - Senior Associate - 5-7 PQE - solid private M&A and VC expertise for tech and media clients with strong BD skills. £90k-£110k
For all these roles, our clients will only consider candidates who are England & Wales qualified solicitors and who are currently working for UK law firms.
Immediate Partnership - Several of our boutique clients are open to recruiting corporate private M&A and/or VC lawyers directly as partners. The successful candidates must be England & Wales qualified with a minimum of 9 years PQE gained within a City/West End or strong national/regional law firm and are confident of a client following of between £300-500k. £120-160K
