A leading consulting firm that supports businesses with strategy and transaction projects across various industries is seeking exceptional Consultants at Manager level to lead and deliver a number of upcoming commercial due diligence pieces.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of the CDD for the client, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • In-depth market analysis including defining market size, identifying key players and assessing market opportunity.
  • Conduct financial modelling where required using appropriate hypothesis to analyse future performance.

Consultant Requirements:

  • Manager level (4+ years experience from a relevant strategy consultancy).
  • Must have previously led CDD projects.
  • Industry experience across at least one of the following industries: TMT, Education, Retail, Energy, Industrials.
  • Ideally proficiency in one of the following languages, but not essential: Spanish, German, Italian, French.
