Recently we have been successful in securing a number of major projects across London including grade listed, high-end residential and commercial mixed-use projects ranging from £100-250 Million in project values. As a result of the recent success we are looking for Planners to help provide logic linked programmes that map out in detail the full construction process and to develop and present efficient and logical build sequences and resource assessments in London.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop construction programmes for multiple projects in liaison with Project/Construction Managers.
  • Produce a fully logically linked programme from procurement inclusive of design, approvals, lead in periods, construction activities both Build and MEP; including short term programmes, look ahead programmes, trade or sub-contractor programmes, recovery programmes and design programmes.
  • Assist in production of the progress trackers, liaising with the project’s construction managers.
  • Produce/input into the internal planners’ reporting pack for the monthly commercial meeting which includes rescheduling, drop line and progressed items with percentage of completion.
  • Attend Client meetings along with the site team and demonstrate presentation skills (including visual presentation) to inform the Client’s team of methodology and logistics.
  • Run, interrogate and mitigate/correct the programme health check software to validate programme robustness, logical links, negative float and other programme specifics deemed necessary.
We’re Looking For:
  • Demonstrable years post education in relevant Planning Construction Environment.
  • Competent in ASTA Power Project working with calendars and critical path analysis.
  • Experience of producing written technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of NHBC Standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to produce trackers, reports, sequences and presentations.
  • Knowledge of Various forms of Construction Contracts.
  • Knowledge of ASTA BIM.
