We are currently hiring a 6-month contract for a public health body based in the UK - they are looking to hire an experienced Service Designer to join the team and work across a wide range of initiatives. You will be working as part of a newly formed UCD team, and alongside service managers and programme directors you will play a key role in embedding solid service design practice whilst impacting a wide range of internal and patient-facing services.

Required experience

  • Demonstrable background working within public sector as a Service Designer.
  • Experience working within the NHS, or other health services.
  • Proven experience in the analysis and design development of online & offline services.
  • Experience within agile and multi-disciplinary teams.
