A fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Learning & Development professional to join a global law firm. This is an exceptional opportunity to become an integral part of their accomplished Learning and Development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a variety of personal and business skills programmes tailored to the firm\’s needs, including people management programmes.
- Maintain and update the core programme courses, ensuring content remains relevant and insightful for the audience.
- Deliver a range of core programme courses and online webinars.
- Manage and execute diverse projects and bespoke events as required by the firm.
- Coordinate the selection of suitable external suppliers for legal skills training.
- Develop and oversee effective monitoring and management systems to achieve L&D objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of three years\’ experience within a professional services firm.
- Ideally proven experience in delivering training programmes in a professional services environment.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
