OneStream Consolidation Lead

The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, build, and delivery of OneStream solutions for multinational clients, ensuring adherence to best practices in financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, multi-GAAP reporting, and regulatory compliance. This is a UK-based position with a remote working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of OneStream consolidation solutions, including requirements gathering, technical design, development, and deployment.
• Translate complex consolidation and financial reporting requirements into robust technical solutions within the OneStream platform.
• Configure core OneStream components, including workflows, cubes, dimensions, transformation rules, and business rules.
• Support intercompany matching, currency translation, and financial consolidation processes across multiple reporting standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical delivery and business objectives.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices and approaches in financial close and consolidation automation.
• Conduct testing, documentation, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Mentor junior consultants as part of project delivery teams where applicable.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience delivering OneStream implementations with a focus on financial consolidation.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations, FX translation, journal adjustments, and close cycle management.
• Ability to write and manage OneStream business rules, transformation logic, and workflows.
• Familiarity with multi-GAAP or statutory reporting requirements is advantageous.
• Background in accountancy or finance systems consulting preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in client-facing roles or within professional services is desirable.
• OneStream certification or training is beneficial.
