We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Internal Salesperson to join a well-established electrical wholesale company. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and growing relationships with our customers by providing exceptional service, product expertise, and timely solutions to meet their needs. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and the electrical industry.
Role Description
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information regarding electrical products, pricing, availability, and delivery times.
- Prepare quotes, price lists, and product recommendations based on customer needs and specifications.
- Process incoming orders from customers via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring all details are correct and orders are fulfilled efficiently.
- Upsell and cross-sell electrical products and solutions to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
